Special Agent Lien-hua Jiang has provided exemplary service in the specialty areas of psychological and behavioral profiling. She exhibits strong leadership characteristics, above average risk assessment skills, and has shown appropriate professional objectivity during investigations. As of December 31, 2007 her offender profiles have been utilized by numerous local and state law enforcement agencies throughout North America, twice by Scotland Yard and once by Interpol. Agent Jiang has scored in the top 5 percent of female recruits in manual self-defense and close combat suspect apprehension each year since joining the Bureau in 2003.
